Art Making for Tumultuous Times with Rose

Sobre o evento

Life’s a lot right now, huh? Creating art won’t fix everything, but it can shift something. Art Making for Tumultuous Times is a no pressure creative space to explore together - no skills needed, this isn’t therapy, just a supportive space to express what’s real, try simple creative tools for coping, and connect with others who are also feeling a bit overwhelmed with it all. We’ll make things, feel things, and remind each other that when the world is messy, make messy art together. Rose B. Schaefer is an Integral Expressive Arts Practitioner and Creative Coach and the founder of Sacred Chaos Method, a whole-person, intuitive approach integrating soul led creativity, emotional expression, and personal and social change. Rose works with individuals, couples, and communities across diverse identities and relationship structures, creating compassionate, non-judgmental spaces rooted in collective care and self-trust. sacredchaosmethod.com Participation to the workshop is free, and a small voluntary donation for the space is encouraged to keep Aconchego House open.
