DESCRIPTION:The voice is a prominent part of the many ways in which we ex
 press and perceive gender. How we use and hear it matters not only to oth
 ers\, but also to ourselves. A significant part of many people's gender j
 ourney is learning to use their voice to reflect who they are\, and also 
 unlearn some of the habits and tendencies picked up over time which are f
 urther reinforced by social feedback. This class serves as an accessible\
 , safe\, and useful opportunity for transgender and non-binary people to 
 learn how to unlock and use your voice to speak and express yourself in a
  way that aligns better with your true self. Voice training can be a diff
 icult\, complex process which poses a daunting task\, but we aim to guide
  you through it in this class. The class is free\, but donations to Aconc
 hego House are very welcome!
