EN (PT abaixo): Aconchego House is pleased to announce that on the first Sunday of every month, you can join Samana.Life Meditation Teacher Malcolm McQuirter and Sound Healing Practitioner Eric Cetnarski for a 1.5 hour Relaxing and Restorative Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation and Sound Bath. What Is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that leads you into the hypnagogic threshold between waking and sleep — a state of deep receptivity, rejuvenation and willed self transformation that ordinary rest cannot reach. What is a Sound Bath? You sit or lie on the floor and let the sound and vibrations of quartz crystal and brass bowls 'wash' away your stress. Eric's practice draws upon both the art and science of sound healing. The Sound Bath holds the Yoga Nidra space with resonance, letting vibration do what words cannot. Together, they are an invitation to return to your source. Donation based (suggested 10€). Space is limited to ten participants. Yoga mats provided, but feel free to bring your own.
